Layers Of Influence is a Bourbon Barrel Aged Makowiec-Inspired Imperial Stout collaboration with  J. Wakefield Brewing!

With buckets of poppy seeds in the mash and poppy butter in the boil, they sought to mimic the traditional flavors of this Polish poppyseed pastry. After a year in bourbon barrels, it was finished with luscious orange blossom honey for a sweet “Florida style” super-pastry stout!
